TAMPA, July 5, 2016 – PNC Bank today announced the appointment of Chadwick Loar as the new regional president for the Florida West region, an area that encompasses Tallahassee south to Naples and Central Florida, effective July 11. Loar assumes the role from Joseph G. Meterchick, who is a Philadelphia native returning to the area as regional president.
Loar brings 15 years of financial services experience -and an extensive understanding of the Tampa Bay area as a local resident since age 10 -to his new role. He joined PNC in 2013 as senior vice president and group manager of the corporate banking team for the Florida West region. In addition to his responsibilities as a regional president, Loar will continue to lead the region’s corporate banking team. PNC’s presence across the state also includes the Florida East region, where Cressman Bronson is the regional president and Ryan Beiser oversees corporate banking.
