NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 22, 2020 – PNC Bank’s continued national expansion of retail banking in Tennessee is continuing with the opening of its newest Solution Center on the ground level of the tower at 1200 Broadway in Midtown. This is the third PNC Solution Center to debut in Greater Nashville since July that allows customers to interact with PNC’s trained staff for individual consultation about their personal needs and financial goals, as well as one-on-one demonstrations of PNC’s digital banking technology.
The Midtown Solution Center will feature:
- PNC ATM and Banking Kiosk – Self-service capabilities for deposits, withdrawals and other bank transactions.
- Advanced Technology – Screen-mirroring capabilities from customers’ phones or tablets, projecting to large plasma screens for hands-on demonstrations of PNC apps or a guided digital experience.
- Work Stations of the Future – Mobile PNC consultants will carry portable tablets to work with customers wherever they are most comfortable within the Solution Center.
- Conversational Gathering Spaces – Furniture that feels like home – sofas, high-top kitchen tables and rounded tables – will encourage conversations in a more relaxed and comfortable setting.
While PNC’s 2018 implementation of a Regional President local leadership model and initial expansion efforts in Tennessee focused on corporate banking, PNC will now add this brick-and-mortar Solution Center location as a follow-up to its digital-first entry into Nashville. Those offerings include a digital-only High Yield Savings Account and PNC Virtual Wallet®, a best-in-class bank account and money management solution that easily enables consumers to manage their finances.

PNC established its retail presence in Tennessee in July at 1556 W. McEwen Drive in Franklin. Earlier this month it opened its second solution center in Hendersonville, at 207 Indian Lake Blvd. PNC plans to open a total of 20 Solution Centers in 2020 as part of its expansion into new markets, including Boston, Dallas and Houston.
