ERIE, Pa., Jan. 14, 2016 – PNC Bank, N.A., today named James F. Stevenson regional president for Northwestern Pennsylvania. Stevenson is currently market director for PNC Corporate Banking in the region, and will continue in that role as he assumes his new position.
The Erie native succeeds Marlene Mosco, who will retire after 47 years with PNC.

His leadership will help PNC further grow our business, serve more customers and attract more talent to our team," said Lou Cestello, executive vice president and head of PNC’s Office of Regional Presidents. "We thank Marlene, who has served PNC Bank in several capacities, including fifteen years as regional president. Her many accomplishments include growing PNC’s market share throughout 11 counties in Northwestern Pennsylvania and Western New York State and facilitating the integration and mergers of First National Bank and National City Bank with PNC."
A graduate of Gannon University, Stevenson joined PNC in 1989 through the management development program. He has worked as a relationship manager in both Corporate and Commercial banking. Active with United Way of Erie County, he has held board and leadership positions in the organization since 2010 and served as past member of its Campaign Cabinet. He is a former board member of International Institute of Erie. A mentor to young people, he currently coaches junior varsity girls basketball at St. George Grade School, where he serves on the Athletic Committee, and previously coached basketball at Cathedral Preparatory High School and Strong Vincent High School.
