The PNC Performance Award, now in its 11th year, recognizes PNC employees who demonstrate a pattern of significant achievement and deliver a consistent level of extraordinary performance. An election committee comprised of past PNC Performance Award winners and leaders throughout PNC chose this year's 10 honorees from among 23,500 employees across the country.
