Last week, PNC Bank announced the first of the two winners -- Matthew Williams, 4, of Glen Rock, N.J. Altogether, PNC Bank awarded $100,000 in educational gifts to help parents realize their dreams of sending their children to college. PNC Bank gave children ages 12 and under the chance to win between Dec. 9, 2002, and Jan. 17, 2003, at all branches in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. Matthew and Jordan were selected in a random drawing.
