PNC Bank, recognized by the SBA as a Preferred Lender for its ongoing proficiency in processing SBA-guaranteed loans, achieved the top ranking in Delaware for the U.S. government's new reporting period of Oct. 1, 2004, to Sept. 30, 2005.

The FFIEC is a formal interagency body that prescribes standards for the federal examination of financial institutions by the Federal Reserve System, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and other agencies.
