PNC MultiFamily Capital, a division of PNC Real Estate Finance, has announced the appointment of Susana Araoz as regional vice president to lead its new office for the Washington, D.C., region.
Araoz has 20 years of experience in Federal Home Administration (FHA) mortgage insurance programs, and will oversee both FHA and Freddie Mac affordable activities for PNC MultiFamily Capital in the Washington, D.C., area. She has expertise in originating, structuring, underwriting, processing and servicing of agency multifamily mortgage loans. She is a graduate of Georgetown University.
The new PNC MultiFamily Capital office is located at 7200 Wisconsin Avenue, in Bethesda, Md., a location already occupied by PNC Real Estate Finance personnel and Midland Loan Services.
