WILMINGTON, Del., Feb. 11, 2008 – PFPC, a member of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC), today announced it will commence operations in Poland this month. This expansion follows the 2007 launch of comprehensive depositary services in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, and the opening of a sales office in London, England.
Located in the city of Wroclaw, the second largest center of financial services in Poland, the new location will expand PFPC’s European presence and enhance the organization’s middle and back-office service offerings. PFPC will provide fund administration and hedge fund services similar to those currently offered through existing PFPC International Ltd. locations in Dublin, Navan and Wexford, Ireland, and Luxembourg.
