PNC Appoints Debra A. Cafaro To Board Of Directors

PITTSBURGH, Aug. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) today appointed Debra A. Cafaro to its board of directors, effective immediately. Cafaro is the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR), an S&P 500 company that is a leading owner of seniors housing, healthcare and research properties.
