HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 6, 2022 – PNC Bank announces the promotion of Rahwa Teklai to senior vice president and market leader for PNC Private BankSM in Central Pennsylvania. Based in Lancaster, Teklai will be responsible for leading a highly experienced team in Central Pennsylvania to deliver PNC Private Bank capabilities and solutions to help clients reach their financial goals.
Teklai joined PNC in 2017 as a senior insurance and wealth strategist. She adds extensive experience to the team in the areas of estate, tax and insurance planning and most recently served as a wealth director for the PNC Private Bank in the Philadelphia market.
Teklai graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business and holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM designation.
Actively involved in the community, Teklai is on the board of directors for Leadership Lancaster and the Lancaster Estate Planning Council. She volunteers for Girls on the Run Lancaster as a SoleMate and was named a 2020 Volunteer of the Year by Girls on the Run International.
